There are many theories and myths about the causes of acne. Some of these myths are unfounded, while some may have some truth. However, some of the most common myths about acne is still prevalent today. Some tips for acne, as well as look at some of these myths contribute to a better understanding of acne.

One common misconception today is that acne is caused by poor health. Most of those who believe this myth may wash your skin hard and frequently. However, this can actually worsen the situation.
